Rented: From 2006 To 2008

This place is a class A DUMP. The so called "lake" in the above post looks more like a toxic waste dump. Trash is all in it, the golf course uses it to drain all their chemicals into it, and it smells like a swamp. The maintenance staff SUKS. The maintenance guy Kevin is a drug addict. He likes to go through your stuff when your not home. Mike in the office is a joke. You can't even talk to him because his homosexual tendencies will pluck your nerves. The manager Pat is a liar. She says we are getting a fitness center and new siding on the buildings. They been saying that for years now. As soon as I get enough money, I'm outta here.
