Review for Kingsbridge Apt Apartments

For $800 a month I would rather own a Benz and live in it!! The maintenance staff sucks not to mention that everyone right up to the proprty manager only knows one sentence, "I don't have an answer for that." I have had water damage above my window for two years have they done anything? NO ! My dishwasher hasn't worked since I moved in in April of 2006 !! What do they tell me when I ask when I will get a new one? "I don't have an answer for that." I have been without heat or hot water for 7 days over the last month due to thier "repairs." I ask what are they going do do about that. What do they tell me? "I don't have an answer for that." So basucally my building is one big bomb waiting to go off everytime mine and my neighbors pilot lights go out. If I want to take a hot shower either my wife or I have to check the water and call if it is cold. Then we get to wait an hour or so for it to heat up. My electricity bill has sky rocketed because the blower blows all day and never gets warm enough to turn off. The walls in this place are so thin that we can hear our neighbors having a normal conversation next door. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person if they were offering to feed them for a year !!
