I am breaking my lease because Im so disgusted with this place. They think a change in managment helps AND IT DOESNT. Can we say violation of Virginia Landlord Tenant Acts? my apartment alone has several violations and I HAVE PICTURES! For what I pay (905) for a two bedroom I can get better treatment in the backwoods of carolina in a trailer.
