Review for Lakes Of Greenbrier Apartments

I live here now and I don't have many complaints at all. Nice apts. with really nice large porches. Maint. is great and almost always there same day for even a tiny issue. Even when crime picked up here in Greenbrier this complex added very bright new lights and a perimeter fence for our safety. That says they care and are willing to spend money to improve their complex. Grounds are nice as well. No major problems..you can hear the pipes when the toilet flushes above you though. I say if that's all I really have to complain about that's pretty good. They have posted notices letting us now they are coming to due AC and smoke detector inspections (they due this every 3 months)...They do not always come on the day they specify...maybe the next day...this worried me at first with my cats...but I just lock them in a room if I'm leaving until I know maint. has come. Overall I enjoy it here! Nice place to live!
