I wish I would have read the reviews before moving in. The office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with in any apartment. The worst is that just when you think its all done and you move out, they stick you with a huge bill for all kinds of false charges. When you try to dispute it they love to pass the buck back and forth between Birches management and Great Atlantic. Don't waste your time and money...you should enjoy where you live.
