Review for The Birches Apartments

Well, the only thing that The Birches has going for it's self is that it accepts larger dogs and the location. As much as we have to pay for rent things should be at least be up dated. The stove and refrigerator is in the early 80's. My stove ranges tops are uneven and refrigerator is nasty and both definitlely as old as the building. The refrigerator was so gross that I ended up buying a new one and using it. Nothing is fix properly, it's all done half fast. Nothing there is worth the money you have to pay for rent. The gym room is a laugh. I wouldn't even call it a gym. There isn't really anything in there that is worth using. I don't know how many times the management said they were getting a new treadmill in but still nothing. As for managment, don't expect professionals. They are not always friendly to see you when you come into the office. There is so many disapointment in the apartment to write down. Like I said, the only thing going for the apartment is that they let you have larger dogs and the location.
