What A Dump!!

this place is horrible. We have only lived here for 1 month and we already hate it! First of all, they charge you a cleaning/amenities fee, but they don't even clean the apartment. We discovered soap scum in the bathroom area and bird crap on our kitchen cabinets! that's just nasty! We've had a constant leak for going on 2 weeks. Maintenence thought it was the upstairs water heater, so they replaced that after about 4 days of fiddlefarting around. They came in and vacuumed up our puddle in the carpet, but obviously it wasn't the water heater. So now our nice little puddle is back. So now maintenence is saying that they forgot to connect a pipe on the water heater and that's what's causing the leak. I wonder when they'll get around to fixing that!!
