Rented: From 2005 To 2006

Very manipulative staff. They will tell a lie quicker than the truth! Get EVERYTHING put in writing... Even if it something like ...how much do I owe this month....they have a habit of lowballing the figure (including water bill) so you will not be paid in full and have to pay the late fee. They will promise you new aminities carpet etc if you renew but will not follow through with it. Nothing but crooks! Not to mention the ghetto.
