awful, the walls are painted in only primer and the rugs were ready to fall apart when i moved in yet i had to pay to replace them, dishawasher broke, towel rack broke, faucets leak, you do have to pay for gas now, ugly cracked formica, the kitchen cabinets are like cardboard boxes stapled to a wall, easily broken blinds and closet doors, the windows provide no insulation whatsoever, anyone who steals from the store around t he corner runs here to hide
