neighbors car burned in parking lot, maintenance never fixes anything, no notification of past due bills from old roommates, changed locks and left door unlocked all day with note b/c they lost their key, threatened to tow my car b/c of old registration sticker (with a current registration), very short notification of lease renewal options with huge increase in rent
