Rented: From 2003 To 2005

they need to give the apartments a major remodel. the kitchen is really out dated, parking is not the best. People from other buildings will park in your area because they don't want to park in the "overflow" section. Somewhat high cost of living there too. You are paying for heat, your own electric, and the windows suck so your wasting money on your electric bill every month.
