Review for Wellington At Western Branch Apts Apartments

I moved here in March 2008. Everything was fine. until the ceiling in the shower began to fall in. then the man sent to repair that fell into the wall creating a massive hole in the wall because the apartment wasnt properly inspected before the move and it had all rotted away. then there was water under the kitchen floor. it was pulled up and replaced the same day as the bathroon repair. a week and a half later we came home to a flooded kitchen. we have replaced numerous kitchen and bathroom rugs. the kicker came in october 2008 when the hvac system sprung a leak ruining our new mattress and hundreds of dollars in clothes and we were told we had to file a claim w. renter insurance and instead of pulling up the molded and mildewed carpet the put 2 huge fans in our home to run for 3 days straight and when we unplugged them they charged us $30/day for the fans and refused to reimbures us for the light bill... we have contacted SL Nusbaum and are still awaiting a response. DON'T MOVE HERE
