Rented: From 2002 To 2003

For having the gas and water included, the price isn't bad for what you get. The neighbors are ONLY either very very loud, or very very whiney, which makes for non-socialization between apartments, which makes this a very uncomfortable place to live. Makes you fear retaliation or that maybe your car will get caught in the cross-fire (not guns.) (Our car has sustained several keyings and some theft.) I don't think you'd have to worry about a break-in, but drug deals are easy to observe. The walls are paper thin, and every door slams SO if you're a
