Poor Performance In Regards To Maintenance

- Plenty of parking
- Decent sized apartments for the money.

In reality my only gripe with this complex is in regards to maintenance. If you decide to live here all will be well until the moment that you have a need to call maintenance. You will get no service or service about 2 weeks later. I will not be renewing my lease in 7 months when it is up (8 month lease) because god forbid my electricity or water fails I will be living in the dark or going thirsty for a very long time.

I share the same opinion as many in the complex however most are not willing to share the opinion on the internet.
