Apartment Reviews for White Oak Luxury Apartments - Chester

My children and I have lived at White Oaks for 15 months now and have loved every minute of it!! The grounds are taken care of regularly by the maintenance team. Every morning I see a member of the team picking up trash from the night before, the grounds always look Great. I have had to submit two requests for repairs in my apartment. On both occasions the issue was resolved within 24 hours of the request. The office staff is wonderful. Any questions or concerns I have had have been handled in a friendly and professional manner. They have been very patient with my teenagers when they locked themselves out of our apartment after school on several occasions. I want to comment on the party that took place last year at White Oaks. I feel the White Oaks staff handled the situation professionally and swiftly. The staff communicates all rules and regulations to be followed at the clubhouse, pool and on the grounds. The party that needed police intervention is an example of people not following the rules and in no way a reflection on White Oaks. I have recommended White Oaks to several friends and co-workers. It is a safe, clean, and enjoyable place to live.
