Review for Barcroft View Apartments

Barcroft View Apts. has declined over the years since I first moved in. Although mangement tries to keep the complex neat and orderly, residents do not care and show no respect. Litter and trash both in and outside of buildings, and the commmon/ public areas. Noise levels are ridicioulous both inside and outside the buildings, car driving around the complex with excessive loud music. Children are running in and out of parking area with little supervisor. I am truly surprised an accident hasn't happened. Parking is very limited and visitor parking is a joke. The towtrucking owner even tows residents' vehicles. This joker will tow your car and charge you $100 management does not really control him or pay attention so he get away with robbery. The one positive thing about Barcroft View is the maintenance crew, they are knowledge and friendly. You call and the problem gets taken care of the same day. Crime is not a big issue. The complex is predominately Hispanic. The rental staff is bilingual and can be helpful. The location is decent near sotres and gas stations and public transportation is available and closeby. I believe the residences of the property bring down the living standard here. I am so fed up that after 4 year I am moving out to a cleaner and quiter complex.
