Apartment Review for Hampton Glen

In May 2009, I moved out of a 600-square foot and received a final account statement with exorbitant cleaning fees. My lease only states the apartment is to be cleaned "thoroughly," and now they are threatening to send my final account to a collection agency. Before signing a lease, I would ask the apartment manager, Mara Zingg, if you can expect any of the following fees upon move-out:

Carpet cleaning - $45
Full apartment cleaning - $75
AUTOCHRG @T5/31/2009 @R - $8.87
TRASH - $10.58
FEES - $4.50
full paint 50% of cost - $65
WATER - $23.64

Total charges - $232.59
