Apartment Review for The Flats At West Broad Village

Since the apartments are full, they are jacking up the rent like you wouldn't believe - and the service is terrible. If you don't request something at least 3 times in the office, it won't get done - or even added to the list for them to do. The hallways are trashy, you can hear your neighbors every step, they create new rules for residents every day which are not favorable, and you get to pay 1200 - 1400/month for all of this. Plus, you get to hear all of the construction noise at 7:00 a.m. every day of the week - including weekends! The people in the leasing office are idiots.

Go somewhere else.
