Nice but very noisy. ( over a year ago )

It's nice that it's far from campus, and I started living here because someone told us it was for young professionals and we signed the lease before it was built. I am in a one bedroom and therefore, the two bedroom above us has their kitchen directly above us and their living room over our living room.
We can hear their cell phone ring, their microwave beep, and sometimes even when they are talking. The floor creaks with each footstep above our heads. And with the bedroom window right under their deck, whatever happens on the deck sounds like it is in your room.
Only good thing? From side to side the sound is pretty good. But do NOT live in a one bedroom and if you are in a 3 or 4 BR, don't pick the basement rooms. Two bedroom is probably ideal for this place.
