Apartment Reviews for Hopewell Lofts - Hopewell

I lived here from near the start of 2011 to near the end of 2011. When I first moved in they still hadn't rented out all the apartments so it was little quieter and parking was easier to find. However it was never very loud for an apartment building, even when full. The maintenance guys did a good job overall. My only problem is one that has already been fixed I assume by now. And that was the apartment flooded during the hurricane. The windows stayed sealed though, so now that they fixed that I'm sure it is good. Also the large trees in the front kept falling down, but I think they have all fallen now. Overall I would live here again. They also have a nicely lit parking lot. The on site storage, while small, was also a major plus.
