Apartment Reviews for Kenton Crossing - Lorton

I have been in this apartment for a short time, but thought I would give my thoughts. I looked on these reviews when looking for apartments, so I thought I would give my opinions. <P>
The GOOD: *fantastic price!! You don't get much better than the price. I looked at so many places and this was one I can actually afford! *You can always expect a parking space. I never had a problem getting a spot outside my apartment. You also don't have to pay for parking, which is a plus. *staff. Overall, the staffing is very nice. The woman who helped us was exceptionally nice & helpful. *Fairly news. These apartments are built in 2001, so everything is fairly new. <P>
The Okay. *maintenace. Unfortunatly, they are not up to a full staff with their maintenance. They did fix my door (it was lopsized), and my dryer. They were very nice about it. Since my fixes weren't emergencies, they did take a couple of days. <P>
The Bad *garbage. There are always cups, fast food bags, or other msc. trash laying around. This isn't necessarily the management's fault, as much as it's lazy people. There tends to be dog poop laying around. I have a dog & always bring up a bag with me. If i can pick up the poo, so can other people!!!! It definatly gets me mad, but I try to keep my space clean, and i know the custodial service also tries (i see the guy out there), so it's really LAZY tenants!! *Kids. There are lot of loud-mouthed preteen/teenaged kids. I haven't seen them do anything illegal, but just hang around. I know I did that too when I was their age, but if you don't like to be in the sight of kids, DO NOT live here. You'll get aggravated really fast. <P>
I tried to be as honest as possible. I am not sure how long I will end up living here, but I will try to post something news when I am there longer <P>
