Apartment Reviews for Addison At Swift Creek - Midlothian

Guy below me is nuts...from the second we moved in, the staff was extremely helpful, competent, and accommodating (we wanted a certain apartment at a certain price and we needed it within 3 days...they had it ready with all our specifications in 2 days). The complex is quiet, safe, and well lit. By day 2, nearly all of our surrounding neighbors introduced themselves and offered to help us move in. We had our washer and dryer delivered right away, and Comcast internet/cable was set up by the middle of our first week with no hassle AND an extra low rate based on our location. And, the apartment itself is clean, beautiful, and well maintained...maintenance responded to a request within 1 hour of our making it and completed the necessary repairs at that visit. Never saw a drug deal or a fist fight (I actually laughed reading that sentence from the other review...I don't think that reviewer even knows what a drug deal or fist fight is. All we ever see is people running/biking around or walking their dogs near the parking lot). The grounds are very well maintained and you can't hear anything at all from the apartments next to you or around you. Recommended to anyone
