I have lived here in the past and had left because of a bad experience with the lack of concern by management and maintenance. I have some friends that remained at Waterford and told me that after the new manager and maintenance supervisor were brought on it is great now. I decided to go back and look again when my lease was up and was happy to see Waterford looking so good. I was greated and treated very good when I came back to look at moving back. The maintenance supervisor even stopped and chatted with me as I waited to see the unit I was intrested in. Fast forward to now. I moved back and have had excelent service by the maintenance staff and the girls in the office are so nice. Even my neighbors are nice. I'm very happy that I came beck to Waterford. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!!
