Review for Arbor Pointe Apartments

I really like my apartment here. Granted, there are a few problems, but the apartments are OLD. I don't have any bug/animal problems. Whenever I need maintenance, they are there that day. The people in the leasing office are always nice to me. I've never had any problems with the people in the neighborhood. I'll walk my dog ANY time of the day/night all over the neighborhood and have NEVER had a problem. People are always nice and chat and what not. There are alot of sirens, but that is maily because we are right next to a fire station, there is a hospital nearby AND Little Creek is a busy road with alot of accidents.
Here's my problem with the place. Gas. Apparently I've steady had a gas leak and didn't know it. It made me very ill. The times that I have spoken to the leasing office about it, I don't know if anything was done to fix it. So that's a bit on the scary side. Oh, the furnace is really loud.
