My husband and I lived here in 2002. It really wasn't that bad. The floors were pretty bad, but we just put down some rugs. We never had bugs, mold, leaking or anything. The upstairs neighbors were a little noisy, but that is what you get with apartment living. I would live there again if I didn't make too much money.

Thank you finally someone who agrees with me it is not that bad and me and my husband have been living here for more than a year now. We like it and plan to stay until we get a house in a year or two
