Do not rent from these people. I was based in the area and living in a 2BED and moved out due to the military and am still being sued by this place. They filed a judgement and still kept my deposit and asked for an additional 400 on top of that. I am fighting them to try and salvage my future credit. They like to make up things as they go along, such as fake damage assessments and rent bills that have been paid. The office claims a cashiers check bounced, BOUNCED! How does that happen?? Just be smart and avoid staying with them. A dumpy extended stay would do just as well

Night after night as you lay in your bed you can hear people as they are sneaking out, they have been told they have to get out. This also away the office gets to keep your deposit! There is no way they will give you back your depist I have talked to many who live here and have lived here. No one gets it back one one. They have thier ways of under skirting the law to keep it!

Do you keep all of your receipts, if you did then there you go. Ohh by the way you need atleast a 1 or 2 month notice when leaving and they can still ask for all the money you owe for the rest of your lease if they what to look in your lease it states it right there. My husband and me have lived here for more than a year and we have had no problems
