Review for Arbor Pointe Apartments

I live in Arbor Pointe Apts and I have to agree with you 100%. This is the WORST place I've ever lived in, it's just an overpriced project. ( I think Diggs Town or Youngs Park is better than this place.) When I first received my keys to my apartment I was excited to get into my peaceful, clean apartment. That notion was killed very fast. I was appalled at what I saw when I walked in, the apartment was disgusting . The manager is very RUDE and LAZY. Maintenance is LAZY and it takes them several months to fix a problem in your apartment. Don't even think of calling Drucker and Falk to resolve a problem, they're just as Bad. I try to let people know of the conditions of the property and not to rent here or any of D&F properties. ( I could care less about how nice it is, their rotten fruit in my eyes.) Hopefully this info and other postings about this property will be helpful... In closing: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY, NOTHING BUT BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Living in my car would have been better than living here!

me and my husband have lived here for more than a year now and it is not all that bad. With management you have to let them know you mean business dont play around with them and they will treat you great. It is not overpriced for the apartments. I have seen apartments that cost more than $200 more for less room and wost conditions than this. Maintenance is not bad at all you just need to remind the management to get them to fix something, that is all. Ihave not had to call D&F at all about my problems and my apartment burned down even and they moved me into a new apartment right away. Just let them know you will take legal action if things are not done right and that is how we get great service.
