Apartment Review for Archer's Green

Do not be fooled by friendly happy faces! With the money you pay for here, you can get a better apartment somewhere else where is safer and without roaches and bugs. This is the worst place I ever been. I live in a two bed second floor, it feels like a boat when you walk anywhere you hear the wood under the carpet. This place is by far old, they said they renovated but they put new appliances and paint on top of the old one. People may look friendly but they are not really, they only care about you paying rent. Neighbors are not that friendly, around the afternoon you will always see people sitting outside smoking, and people from outside in bikes coming in and out. They said the parking is decal restricted, but you will always see cars coming and going in the property. Talking about roaches, I have never seen roaches so big in my life, running at night in the kitchen. The washer and dryer are used ones that they give you, and on top of that you have to pay extra for them. They kept breaking down and the maintenance kept coming back to fix it, never changed them.
My lease is almost over, and I cannot wait to get out of here. Had to fight them two days in a row, they wanted to force me to pay a fee their back charge them for charging my rent one day earlier than the due date. So, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. There are fees they hide from you until you have to pay them they tell you.
