Review for Archer's Green Apartments

I have lived in Archer's Green as of this writing for 6.5 years - Since 12/98. I have had my share of problems but overall I like living here - I am not moving until I can purchase a home. There are always going to be little things - maybe something is not fixed perfectly - or maybe your cabinets aren't perfect - but nothing is ever perfect in any apartment. After several years of living there, I was rewarded with brand new carpet - and when I moved into my place in 1998, it was also new. I have been late (unfortunately due to job changes) with my rent - and fines are imposed, but you're never made to feel inferior or like you're going to be out in the street. My renewals always come very timely. Maria is always very kind when I call in. I can let my 9-year-old daughter play outside and not worry. She can ride her bike around the property and I am not worried about gangs/violence/etc. The grounds are always clean & kept up - as well as the building. Anytime I have had a problem (Even Christmas Eve two years in a row -oddly my heat went out) - the maint. staff was right there to fix it without a problem.
