Review for Archer's Green Apartments

I think the office tries, but they're just not effective. I've been here for 3 yrs. I've seen my neighbor get held up at gunpoint while walking from her car to her front door. My downstairs neighbors got robbed and some guy got murdered last year a block down. On weekends the streets are crowded with rowdy people who think nothing of standing in the middle of the street, blocking the road. Maintanance fixes things temporarily but expect to have the problem again in the near future, especially if it involves air conditioning. My apartment was without air conditioning, at 85 degrees for a solid month. They claimed that the unit wasn't strong enough to cool the apartment. ??? Yes, cause we live in the sahara. The staff is just apathetic and maintanence is either incompetant or just ill equiped. They try...but I think this major problem boils down the management and ownership. Someone needs to step up to the plate here.
