Rented: From 2005 To 2006

I have lived at Archer's Green fore a little over a year and a half. When I moved in the office staff seemed a little confused at times, but the were extremly nice and helpful. I did not care for my apt when i first moved in. There was lots of wall damage and the carpet was kindof gross. After move in I asked many times to have the walls touched up, and after a week, the maint. man came out and said he couldn't fix it for free. This went on for about a year. Then I called in to have my toilet fixed and the new maint. man came the same day and fixed everything. He even fixed the dings in my walls without even asking him too. The place has it's problems, but its old and in the middle of norfolk. I plan on staying here until my husband gets transferred.
