I've lived in Norfolk for almost 5 years now and compared to many other complexes I've seen, Beechwood is GREAT. It's in the back of a residential neighborhood so there is not much noise and has really good rental pricing for everything you get. Anytime I've called maintanence they typically come the same day. Its mostly military families that live here. From the outside, its not the most attractive place but the inside is very well kept. It would be great if they had additional ammenities like a pool or gym, but for the rental price, I don't mind compromising. :-)
