Ive live here for about a year now and we have had problems from water soaking our floor to a bug infestation. They are supposedly stepping up the security but there has been a massive amount of apartment robberies here. Although the maitnance and staff are great they need that to survive. One other thing the appliances and cabinets are falling apart and are at least 15 years old no joke. If you in a budget try hampton they have nice stuff for cheap. Good luck.
