Towing Is The Name Of The Game

my car got towed because it had a flat tire and was considered undriveable. the put a weeks notice on the car but i was out of town for the christmas holidays, so the week was up by the time i got back and so was my ride. they have a contract with a private towing. but what they should do is hire the tow man as a security guard too, as much time as he spends cruising the parking lot
