Review for Breezy Point Apartments

1. The constant overcranked bass from apartments made our FLOOR shake (3rd floor apartment) We complained of noise EVERY DAY for 3 straight weeks and nothing was done. Then there was the systems in the parking lot cranked for hours at a time all night. We said screw maintenance and started calling the cops.

2. Towing. They would roll into the parking lot, and tow RESIDENTS parked in RESIDENT spots, while vehicles were left ABANDONED in guest parking and left sitting there. We watched one day, as the truck came in, and tried to tow a resident's car, parked in a resident spot, because "the decal wasnt visible". We could see the decal, from our 3rd floor window, on the bottom corner of the windshield, WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE, in PLAIN view... Then we overheard the driver trying to tell the guy that if he didnt pay him $100 he was going to tow the car. (the car was on the tow lift) So while the driver wasnt paying attention, the resident jumped in his car, and drove off of the lift and took off. Can we say EXTORTION?!?! And this company is CONTRACTED by breezy point. And when we reported it they did NOTHING.

3. Maintenance These guys are the educated by the lowest possible bidders, half of them are ex cons, or mentally unstable. For instance: One particular craggly white dude, stops me in the parking lot and starts asking me how my wife was doing and asking about her surgery and whatnot. (wisdom teeth) first off, how the hell do you know my wife just had her teeth out, why are you asking about her by name like you know her, and why are you always slowly rolling by when she is outside smoking? PSYCHO anyone? You could put in a complaint about anything, and 3-6 hours later they MIGHT come check on it, and when they do, they might be under the influence or drunk.

4. Customer Service:

The folks you call to put in complaints to. Where to begin... Rude, unprofessional, illiterate, and incompetent. Enough said.

5. Parking The parking lot is overcrowded, the guest spots are filled by residents. The parking lot floods when it rains, and the dumpsters start floating off. The guest parking has a fence behind it. Behind this fence, is housing, and a alley street. Kids play basketball and other stuff in this street, and are contstantly throwing ball, bats, etc. over the fence. I dont know how many times I saw cars dented, windshields cracked, etc. by things thrown over the fence. Then the kids climb over the fence and get it back, and mess with the cars sometimes.

6. "gated community" This little 2x4 on a lifting arm couldnt stop a golf cart doing 5mph. It was constantly breaking, if it was even still attached (90% of the time it wasnt even there, having been broken off by local kids)

Overall, this place is horrible. I wouldnt wish it upon my worst enemy. The rent is overpriced, and it keeps going up, the service sucks, maintenance is a joke, security is nonexistent, the staff are idiots. Its filthy, the living conditions are sub standard, the neighborhood is not safe, and it should be burned down.

Anyone giving a positive review for this place is an "anonymous" staff member.
