I lived here a year ago, until I left and didn't realize the mistake I had made. This place has by far the best apartments to live at in norfolk. Decent price, Near both the Base AND the city. Very well kept rooms, and it is gated so even though the area outside of it is kind of crappy, inside the community its pretty good. The only thing that really sets it back is how crazy the towing policy is. I have never been towed, however I've heard many stories of people getting towed unfairly. Also, there are a lot of people who play loud music, depends on which part of the complex your at i'm sure. Every morning there was always someone playing their bass up too loud.

But overall, a high quality place to live, close to everything, decent price.
