It is true we recently dealt with a tragic loss of life. A beautiful young woman lost her life as the result of a domestic dispute. The violence started within their apartment home and carried over to the parking lot. The management has absolutly no control of this type of tradgedy, only kindness and mutual respect for human life could have altered this chain of events.
