The maintenace staff is awesome- very nice and helpful. Rental office staff can be rude and won't "go the extra mile" for anyone. Roaches fall out of the bathroom exhaust fan into the bathtub; the ceiling leaks when the people upstairs take a shower. My upstairs neighbors have hardwood floors and I can hear everything they do, even if they just roll over in bed. Other than the noise from upstairs, it's pretty quiet. Parking is pretty good if you get home before 8. They have a no-pet policy but don't enforce it. The central air system allows you to smell any bad odors from your neighbors' apartments- dogs, smoke, etc.
