I guess for a while this place was run down but they seemed to have turned that around. Ive lived here for 6 months now and have no complaints. I had one problem and it was fixed that same day. Ive not seen one bug or spider in my apartment, which is a huge plus in my book. I dont know about other buildings but apartments in our building were recently repainted. Clean buildings, clean and working washers/dryers, good upkeep. Its a pretty quiet place to live, neighbors are respectful. If you live on the first floor you can hear walking around upstairs occasionally but its rarely an annoyance. I would recommend this apartment to navy personnel, college students, and singles; good place to live for the price.
