Noisy And Police

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

The walls are nearly paper thin. It dousn't help that there are people blareing music from their cars and rattleing the apartments. They have a police patrol that dousn't do anything but mark cars for towing even when there's no real cause other then " A nuisance." (Happend to me twice and the cop who did it couldn't explain other then my car seamed like it was always there?) A bit expensive for what it's worth as well, they could drop the price by a hundred dollars atleast.
