Rented: From 2002 To 2003

I used to rent from this facility, and I have to say.... horriable. I had a tv from the upstairs neighbors fall through the shotty flooring into my apt. The building sways back and forth during any kind of wind. If something breaks it'll never get fixed. In my expirence with the owner, she is Rude beyond rude. There's not a word that describes that woman. Again, walls are paper thin, parking sucks, trash is stockpiled, the local neighbors of the neighborhood always use our laundry as a crack smoking spot.... drug dealing everywhere. There are ZERO improvements.

I currently have 3 cases with this woman pending.
