Review for Waterview Apartments

don't move here... plain and simple. the only thing keeping me protected from the massive ghetto that is ocean view is a deadbolt. prostitution goes on outside especially in the summer. don't be sucked in by the beach because it is literally disgusting. drug deals... you name it. my roommate had his window smashed in and subwoofers stolen. i've had "maintenance here to fix my washer three times and it still doesn't work, they told me if i called again with a problem then i will be billed for it. come to find out i'm supposed to get a brand new one every time i call with a problem. the paint job looks like they didn't even tape the baseboards. i have water running through the ceiling from the apartment above me in my bathroom. no utilities are included WHATSOEVER. the only good things about this place are: its close to base and its got nice carpet.
