Unfair realty company. Don't expect to get your deposit back. Our check in sheet was over 10 pages long with things that were in need of repair, etc. and documentation of existing poor conditions. Carpet was disgusting on day 1 and had nerve to charge us to clean carpet. Keep looking elsewhere and do not rent from Bondurant.
