everything we were promised was completed and repair in a reasonable time and manner. They told us from the start that they had a lot of older homes, They were always there within a day when we called. Ive been in a lot of properties around the campus and the other kids live and party like animals. Our house is older but we keep it nice. We looked at a lot of gilbert houses and they were fine. Partiers homes are going to get damaged because they dont know whos in there house tearing it apart in their drunken state.. Bottom line Gilbert did what they said they would do and we did what we were suppost to do and it went well and we got our deposit back. Gilbert was our best Landlord.

The office of Gilbert Realty is being remodeled but the house next door can't even get the switch on the ceiling fan fixed. And insulation of the house has been on back order for almost a year.

i have lived in a Gilbert Real Estate property since 2007 and miss them already. i never called with a problem that one of the maintenance men weren't there the next day. wish i had that were i now live.

My current building is poorly maintained. They had a week to clean my apt, steam clean the floors, etc. They did not and now when I walk my socks are filthy. The floors are disgusting. There windows have horrible drafts and the door to my apt was so poorly measured I can see the hallway through the crack. The management is rude and definitely not professional by any means. The noise level is unbearable due to the fact that railroad tracks are right across the street. There is very very limited parking and its a bit scary to walk throught that alley and back entrance at night. The front door locks but the back does not,makes no sense. I do not feel safe here nor would I encourage anyone to rent from them. Its cheap .. and you can definitely tell.
