The Staples Mill Shopping Center and the Dumbarton Square Shopping Center are in the neighborhood and are great for shopping and eating out. Occupants speak highly of the location and the nice office staff, but report appliances malfunctioning and would like to see them updated.

Leaseholders can easily access the Westpark Center and the Tuckermuck Square Shopping Center for shopping and dining. The shopping center includes Costco, IHOP, Martin's Food Market, and more. Renter reviews speak highly of the ample parking, safe environment, and the prompt maintenance staff. Others criticize the out-of-date appliances and the high noise levels.

Wellesley Terrace resides on Chase Wellesley Court directly beside I-64. Downtown Richmond is about 15 miles away and is a quick commute via the various interstates and routes close by. Occupants can grocery shop at the Whole Foods Market right down the road or go to the shopping center steps away. Tenant reviews describe hidden charges that are added on to the rent and disapprove of the insect infestation. Others said they enjoyed the view of the lake and the amount of shopping in the area.

North Arch Village Apartments are found off of Routes 76 and 60. The complex sits only 11 miles away from downtown Richmond. The Arch Village Shopping Center is directly next to the building containing places like Starbucks, Little Caesars Pizza, and 7-eleven. The Sixty West Shopping Center is another area where residents can shop and is right down the road. Reviews describe difficult experiences communicating with the front office, but tenants appreciated the hard-working handyman.
