3012 Stony Lake Drive
Richmond, VA 23235
Bedrooms: 1 - 2
Baths: 1 - 2
$920
AR Score: 85
*****
The landscape and water is picturesque. Stony Point Apartments is its own neighborhood, with top rated schools very nearby. These are not the cheapest places in Richmond, but I assume that is because of how convenient living here is. Great restaurants and a grocery store are very close. The property has a nice layout which makes it feel more like a home than an apartment. The staff responds to issues well. Orangearrow Read all reviews...

Regency Lakes, formerly Park at Lakewood, is located right off the Chippenham Parkway and about an hour’s bus ride away from downtown Richmond. A shopping mall and Big Lots are less than a mile away from the apartment complex, which rests at the edge of a lake in the center of a residential area. Several colleges surround the property, including Virginia State University, which is 14 miles away. Although the area has a nice location, residents have complained of a bug infestation and slow responses from maintenance. Orangearrow Read all reviews...

These apartments are in a great area, loaded with trees that give it a woodsy feel. This is a smaller complex with units ranging from very small studios to larger 2 bedrooms. Saddlewood Apartments is close to 380 but far enough away from main arteries that you don't have traffic noise. The management staff is eager to please.Orangearrow Read all reviews...

4800 Burnt Oak Drive
Richmond, VA 23234
Bedrooms: 2 - 3

AR Score: 77
Ivy Walk is located right off Chippenham Parkway and Route 10, about 6 miles south of downtown Richmond. Meadowdale Shopping Center allows leaseholders to do some quick shopping and grab some Chinese, Italian, or fast food. The Meadowdale Library and Richmond Public Library are all within miles, making a great research or study location for middle schoolers, high schoolers, and collegiates attending any of the surrounding colleges. Although reviewers liked the spaciousness of the units, they warn that the building is old and needs constant maintenance, the new management is hard to interact with, and pest control is lacking.Orangearrow Read all reviews...

Lucky Strike Lofts is located in the downtown Richmond area with easy bus access, a large supermarket, and Millie’s Diner — a well-established neighborhood favorite — within easy walking distance. The Great Shiplock Park lies across the street in between the lofts and the James River, providing a nice view and convenient recreational space. Although the location and river view are optimal, reviewers found the walls of the lofts to be thin; many tenants said they could hear neighbors on a daily basis.Orangearrow Read all reviews...

Richmond, VA 23219
Bedrooms: 1 - 2
Baths: 1 - 2

Miller & Rhoads Residences are located above the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Richmond and are recently remodeled lofts. Tenants who like to attend Richmond Raiders football games and other concerts and events are just a few blocks away from the Richmond Coliseum. The Greater Richmond Convention Center, State Capitol, and other historic and government sites are all within blocks of the building. Reviewers liked the space and location of the lofts, but felt that some of the design updates didn’t take lighting and privacy into account. Orangearrow Read all reviews...
