Review for Church Hill Gables Apartments

Well let's see, i was without heat the 1st time for over a month, no maintenance person (i was supposed to set my schedule with the maintenance person to come thru-he never did). The 2nd time i was without heat for 3 wks before anyone came but I was given a space heater to use in my bedroom (that doesn't help the rest of the house). The 3rd time i was without heat it took 2 weeks and it still wasn't fixed. I was constantly harassed by the neighbors and their guests (who threw loud parties, smoked weed and even pissed outside). I had a gun drawn on me by the neighbors. The air condition leaked and ruined some clothes and shoes, the carpet was wet for almost a month. A maintenance person came to fix it,but never returned to take care of the carpet which made the apt stink like hell. The walls are paper thin and if you live on the backside of the building, be prepared to walk through the valley of the shadow of death which is overgrown and unkept.If you live on the backside of the building be prepared to kill spiders, beetles and any other creepy crawlies that live in the jungle. The layout and space and amenities are really great but with horrible maintenance, constant noise and having my life put at risk, I regret the day, I ever saw this place!!!!!!
