Review for Dominion Laurel Springs Apartments

The rent is the only good thing about this place. The apartments are old and the upgrades were done in a hurry. Maintenance is incompetent- they've been out several times to fix the same problem, ie the toilet running or the faucet leaking. We had a leak in our shower and it came through the ceiling, I had to start harassing management to take care of the mold in the ceiling. Not safe either. The day I moved in the SWAT team was next door handling a guy with a gun. There have been several break-ins including my own apartment. I never see a community officer drive through nor the management do rounds. The low rent price attracks crime. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
