USI-Energy and the Apartment Owners have great scam going on to cheat all the tenants. One company pushes the blame onto the other and each takes no responsibility for incorrect and even fraudulant billing practices. Look in detail at You utility bills and You will find that You really owe them nothing. Better yet, do not move into this complex if You want to keep Your own money.
