Where to start? They bait and switch. your rent will go up horribly, if you think you are getting a good deal with some free rent pro-rated. The carpets and the vynyl are stained irreperably. The dirty water from the bathroom of my upper floor neighbour has leaked from the air duct on the ceiling. I had the clean it. My closet is leaking water and they cannot fix it. It took them 1.5 years for them to fix my air-conditioner/heater, and 12 separate complaints. In the end it turned out the unit had a leak in it, the coolant fluids and gasses were leaking, that was the reason why the unit was busy (at my electricity expense) but not cooling or heating. I have been asked to leave the leasing office for asking questions, correcting factual errors stated by staff during arguments over various things and once just for reading the details of the leasing contarct during renewal. In one of the instances, beacuse I rejected to leave before my service request, they called the police on me. I would not recommend this place to my enemies.
